A multitask job that requires you to:-
a) Sales Executive (dealing with all emails, phone calls, bookings calendar, yacht brokerage etc)
b) Marketing via social media, blogs and developing website content.
c) Marketing and networking via visiting hotels and agencies with brochures. 
b) Assisting in all aspects of charters such as loading the boats, catering, beverages, minibus transfers, and going on some charters when required. 
d) Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of yachts under PYC management if required.
e) Assisting the PYC Administration if required in dealing with and organising stock take, payment slips, invoices, receipts, withholding tax slips, income, expenditure etc.
Male or Female
Between the age of 25 and 45 years old.
– Thai National.
– Excellent spoken and articulate written English skills with perfect grammar is the number one main priority.
– Competent using Microsoft word, excel spreadsheets, photoshop, facebook and other forms of social media.
– Hard working, honest, eager to earn extra money via commission, eager to learn new skills and highly self motivated.
– Ability to sell and communicate effectively.
– A passion to work in the marine industry (Yachting background knowledge preferable but not required as full training will be given.)
– Fit and able to physically help prepare and assist with the yacht charters in the strong Thai sunshine.
Working Hours:
Full Timeworking 6 days per week Monday through to Saturday with day off on Sunday. If there is an important charter on your designated day off which requires your assistance then the day off can be changed / swapped for a different day. From 8.30 am until 5.30 pm. One hour break for lunch. Sales phone must be answered from 8 am until 9pm.There is no specific overtime payment. Overtime would mean we have a charter that is scheduled to come back later than 5.30 pm and therefore you will be making extra money from the company revenue commission bonus. If you are not on the charter itself extended lunches can be taken if a charter is coming back late and you are in the office waiting for the charter to arrive back in order to greet the clients, check all was well and assist PYC charter crew return all PYC items from the yacht back to the store room. This responsibility is to be shared and alternated with the other PYC Charter General Assistant.
Number of Positions:
1 Position
Start Salary will be 30,000 THB per month + commission. Salary + commission system is a motivational strategy. Initial Expected Total Earnings will be in the region of 45,000 to 60,000 THB / month.
Other Benefits:
Extended Holidays must be taken in low season from May through to October. Holidays are
according to Thai law. If we have charters on a public holiday and you are required to work. You can choose either:- Work with Double pay for that day or b. Work normal day salary rate + have an extra day off an alternative day.
