มีความรู้และอธิบายสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการ เช่น แท็กซี่, ทัวร์, สถานที่รับประทานอาหาร, การออกไปข้างนอก, พัทยา, เที่ยวบิน ฯลฯ
ทักทายและสนทนากับลูกค้า
Check in & Check out procedure.
Answering phone calls.
Making and handing reservations.
Knowledge and explaining special requests for customers like Taxi, Tour, Dining, going out, Pattaya, flights etc.
Greeting and make conversations with customers.
