Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
•Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s merchant base and ensure it’s strong presence
•Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting merchant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team •Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Create daily/ weekly in-depth sales report
The day-to-day activities
•Schedule sales call and sales visit
•Pitch & win clients for HungryNow
•Build & maintain high-level relationships with the merchant
•Pipeline management, sales forecasting and key sales reports with business KPIs
•Go through the company’s CRM tool to check everything planned for that day is perfectly running. •Coordinate with the Marketing team about ongoing promotion
•Coordinate with the Customer Support team about any new leads on merchants from social media or email.

2. Male/Female, Age 24-40 yrs. old.
3. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
6. Strong business sense and industry expertise
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
8. Good communication & presentation skills in Thai & English
9. Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
11. Pervious sales forecasting experience, product sales or service sales,
12. Proven track record of delivering against targets
13. Able to start work immediately will be advantage
2. Experience of working & selling to senior marketing leaders on agency & brand side
