Get to know the Role
We are looking for one high-performing Sales Executive in Bangkok and one in Pattaya to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
● Achieve growth and hit media sales targets successfully with the sales team
● Achieve growth with new restaurant targets successfully with the sales team
● Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s merchant base and ensure it’s strong presence
● Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
● Build and promote strong, long-lasting merchant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
● Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on monthly basis
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
● Create daily / weekly / monthly in-depth sales report The day-to-day activities
● Schedule media sales call and sales visit
● Pitch & win clients for HungryNow
● Build & maintain high-level relationships with the merchant
● Pipeline management, sales forecasting and key sales reports with business KPIs
● Go through the company’s CRM tool to check everything planned for that day is running perfectly.
● Coordinate with the Marketing team about ongoing promotion
● Coordinate with the Customer Support team about any new leads on merchants from social media or email.
● Make a report about achievements & improvements
Male or Female
Age 24-40 yrs old.
● Thai Nationality
● Male/Female only, Age 24-40 yrs old.
● Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
● Strong business sense and industry expertise
● Good communication & presentation skills in Thai & English
● Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions
● Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
● Proven track record of delivering against targets
● 2-3 years of digital media sales experience in Thailand
● 5 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager,
consistently meeting or exceeding targets
● Experience of working & selling with B2B
● Previous sales forecasting experience, product sales or service sales.
