Job Details:
– Register information and database into system. 
– Assist customers with details, terms and services of safe deposit box and mailbox rental. 
– Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone call /email /chat/ messages in both Thai and English.
– Manage documents, communicating and coordinate within the office and follow the manager’s assignments. 
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:
-(Thai nationality only), High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent., Hardworking and reliable, Be able to work under pressure and long hour
-Good level in spoken and written English, Basic accounting and using computer (Numbers, pages etc.)
Experience:
-Have experience in working as administrator, operator and customer service.
Working Hours:
Full Time10AM-08PM (1 day off per week and Thai public holidays)

Salary:
20,000 THB / Month
Other Benefits:
