5. Solve the client problem in case they have it on utilities (cable, electric, water, phone)
6. Recheck utilities cost and record every end of month to report
7. Issues invoices charge commission to developer, recheck sale person commission claiming, transfer of them
8. Withdraw and transfer salary, expense to each staff of ChaingMai and Phuket office.
9. Responsibilities, Notify social security insurance.
10. Chat by Jivo program in case has clients looking for properties and follow up again via email and phone.
11. Replying email to customer enquiry
12. Taking care client who would like go to see the properties and do contract lease.
13. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
